Officials have targeted late July for completion of U.S. Army Regional Correctional Facility-Europe, which is among numerous functions being shifted to Sembach Kaserne as part of the Coleman Barracks closure.

Joe Sawruk, Brian Finn and Jason Eckstein covered the swim, bike and run segments in a combined 6 hours, 21 minutes to place ninth in the Half-Ironman Distance Triathlon relay division for men under a combined age of 119.
