April 22, 2020 marked the 50th anniversary of Earth Day. Our U.S. Army Corps of Engineers teammates across the globe are celebrating this observance — Not just on April 22, but throughout the month of April and every day!
As the proud sponsor of Wiesbaden Middle School, Europe District has traditionally provided fun, educational, hands-on Earth Day activities for the students. This year, the COVID-19 Pandemic has changed typical classrooms, so our volunteers adapted their lessons to this new virtual learning environment.
