Justin Wetherwax became U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District's deputy district engineer and chief of its Programs and Project Management Division in September 2020. In this position, he is responsible for management of district military mission programs and activities throughout Europe District's European Command and Africa Command areas of operation.
